Arrow Season 8 Review: 6 Ups & 2 Downs From 'Leap Of Faith'

5. The Return Of Thea Queen

Arrow Season 8 Thea Queen
The CW

How great was it to see Thea Queen back on our screens?

The sight of Willa Holland standing there with a bow and arrow at the ready was one that undoubtedly brought a smile to fans' faces and, quite frankly, why wouldn't it? The actress was sorely under-appreciated during her final few years on the show that, by the time Thea left, nobody really blamed Willa for departing. So it goes without saying that her return here was a major improvement.

From holding her own against Talia to her heart-to-heart with Oliver, Thea was on top form throughout the whole episode and it was hard not to reflect on some of those wonderful scenes between the pair in the first few seasons.

Thea was always one of Arrow's most interesting and yet underrated characters, but this was an episode that finally gave her the justice that both she and Holland deserve.
