Batwoman Review: 7 Ups & 2 Downs From 'Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part 2'

1. The Anti-Monitor Is On The Board

Crisis On Infinite Earths The Anti-Monitor
The CW

The writers have done such a fantastic job crafting this story that its main villain hasn't even had to appear on screen to make viewers shudder at the mere mention of his name. Granted, the Anti-Monitor isn't the friendliest of names, but the character's off-screen reign of destruction has already earned him a place among TV's deadliest Big Bads simply because the-powers-that-be have gifted him with a strong and intimidating reputation.

His first appearance in 'Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part Two' was appropriately intimidating - due to some incredible prosthetics and make-up - as he attempted to manipulate Lyla Michaels' Harbinger into helping him instead. And even though we should be asking how he managed to get inside her head, we're not because his reputation precedes him.

However, the time for living off that reputation is over, for it's now time for the Anti-Monitor to live up to it instead.
