Bet You Can't Name All These Supernatural Creatures From The Simpsons

How well do you really know the supernatural beings created by Matt Groening and co?

Debuting in 1989, The Simpsons remains a key aspect of daytime television to this day, helped by its slew of iconic characters. Ranging from the focal Simpson family to secondary characters like Edna Krabappel, Ned Flanders, Krusty The Clown, and Comic Book Guy, the brainchild of Matt Groening has rarely found it difficult to build and establish new, fully-fledged characters.

But what about those that fall under the supernatural banner?

Now, we're not talking about Sam and Dean Winchester, although these two shows did subtly overlap in Supernatural's 2006 episode Something Wicked, where Sam mentions the towns of Ogdenville, Brockway, and North Haverbrook. They're the three fictional towns used by Lyle Lanley in the critically-acclaimed Marge Vs. The Monorail episode of The Simpsons.

Today, however, we're talking about actual supernatural beings. You know, talking pumpkins, relatives of Godzilla, trees with facial hair, and the like.

These creatures will typically be found in the famed Treehouse Of Horror episodes, though they've also made the odd appearance in the canon-Simpsons universe, if you will. There's been a staggering amount over the past thirty-two years of the show, so remembering them all will only be easy to diehard Simpsons fans.
