Better Call Saul Season 2: Everything We Know So Far
7. The Return Of Nacho
One of the big supporting characters we met last year was a far cry from the lawyers of Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill, and much more in keeping with the sort of shady figure we'd expect to meet on Breaking Bad, Nacho was not quite a drug lord, but still powerful enough within that world to seriously threaten Jimmy McGill. Indeed, one of the early highlights of the show was Jimmy fast-talkin' Nacho out of killing him and the two skater kids he'd been trying to pull a scam with, as it served as one of the first moments of Odenkirk really cutting loose and back in character. However, he was in and out of the season from that point onwards, his role overshadowed by the lawyer drama and the development of the relationship between Jimmy and Mike, but the good news is that Michael Mando will be returning in Season 2, with Vince Gilligan promising we'll see "much more" of him.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
