3. The Return Of Hank And Steve (And How They Fit Into The Story)
Last month, AMC pleasantly shocked the fanbase by announcing the return of everyone's favourite DEA agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris), along with his partner Steve Gomez (Steven Michael Quezada).
While we've seen many characters from Breaking Bad appear on the show, this has come as a particular surprise as Hank was associated with Walt and was part of his family, so it'll be very interesting to see how the pair feature in the prequel without Walt on the scene (although surely we'll hear a mention of him?).
At the time the show is set the pair are active DEA agents, so it's likely they'll start to investigate the distribution of meth on the US side of the border. How that turns out though is anyone's guess, but hopefully they'll come into contact with Jimmy at some point, perhaps trying to convict a client he's defending.
One thing's for certain though - we can't wait to see them back in action. It's almost a shame AMC felt the need to spoil this news as part of their marketing, as it would have made for an incredible reveal.
