BoJack Horseman: 10 Greatest Todd Episodes

9. Our A-Story Is A D-Story (S1E6)

This episode’s A-story was a D-story in that it followed the fallout of BoJack stealing the giant D from the Hollywood sign, but its B-story revolved around Todd in the aftermath of the shady dealings he and Princess Carolyn had with the Boreanaz House.

After being thrown in prison, and with BoJack unwilling to pay the $50 bail for him, Todd was stuck. However, his time in prison wasn’t what most people would expect, it was a classic tale of taking two dates to the same dance.

The dance was the prison mixer, and Todd’s dates were the two prison gangs that wanted to recruit him, the Latin Kings and the Aryans, both of which hated each other. This went as well as could be expected, as Todd tried to pretend to be both through the night, and with his trademark personality and brand of humour, it was hilarious.

Of course it all went wrong, as it always does, and Todd was only saved from being curb-stomped by a mass prison breakout. He ultimately went through everything, escaped prison, and learned absolutely nothing at all.
