BoJack Horseman: Every Season Ranked Worst To Best
5. Season Two
BoJack's second outing suffers in much the same way as its predecessor, leaning into the more silly themes the show would mostly ditch going forward. Still, it is with this season that the show begins to really find its footing, allowing BoJack to form a compelling relationship with Wanda and hitting audiences with the brilliant "Escape From LA."
Like season one, though, there are moments that didn't mesh, mainly with the continued story of Vincent Adultman (funny, but a touch too odd) and the far too silly episode "Chickens" showing a series not yet willing to fully take its more mature themes seriously.
Still, season two gives more insight into BoJack's relationship with his mother, and sees him hired to play his idol in a movie. There are some big develops outside of BoJack, too, including the issues with Diane and Mr Peanutbutter's relationship and the death of BoJack's old friend Herb. It's just that at this point, the show is still not quite what it would become.
Best Episodes: Hank After Dark, After the Party, Higher Love, Escape From LA
