As well as achieving outstanding results as a DEA agent, and impressing numerous family members as a highly discerning mineralogist, he's a keen brewer in his spare time. His pride and joy in this department is Schraderbräu: a pristine bock brewed with loving care in his own man cave. After much trial and error, Hank's formula has finally reached its pinnacle, and Schraderbräu is held in high regard in the public domain (read: at family cookouts). All early issues of over-carbonation have been addressed (no more exploding bottles at 3am!), and six-packs of Schraderbräu are now a much sought-after refreshment for thirsty residents of suburban New Mexico.
