Skyler starts the show as a loving mother (albeit with tendencies to smoke whilst pregnant) and yet come the third season she joins Walt in the criminal world. Quite why is hard to fathom. No true reason is given. She was devastated by Walts reveal, and in later episodes showed extreme distress from simply being around Walter, and yet she willingly chose to go into business with Walter and lie to her family. In doing so both Walt and Skyler pretty much forget that they have a new born baby daughter. Its a problem that plagues many programmes when one of the core characters gives birth, but Skylers forgetfulness is extremely noticeable. Shes off sleeping with her former boss whilst Walt Jr. is at school who the hell is caring for Holly? Even more unbelievable, season five shows Hank give Skyler the perfect opportunity to rid herself once and for all of Walt and still remain, in the eyes of the law, a free woman. But she doesnt take it. She sides once more with Walt and in doing so her future becomes extremely uncertain. You can only guess that Walt was incredible in bed. Quite why she returns to him time and time again is perhaps the biggest mystery Breaking Bad ever posed. And that is saying something.
