Breaking Bad & Better Call Saul: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

15. Lydia Rodarte-Quayle

Breaking Bad Saul Goodman Bob Odenkirk
AMC

As Breaking Bad's last standing antagonist, Lydia Rodarte-Quayle was an unconventional threat to say the least, brought to life with paranoia, inexperience and hilarious eccentricity by actress Laura Fraser.

Seemingly out of her depth and yet devious enough to maintain a deadly working relationship with kingpin Gus Fring, Lydia was neurotic and intelligent, and invaluably important to both Gus and Walt's drug empires.

Though far from a fan favourite, it's hard to argue with the results of what Lydia achieves in just one season of drama and double-crosses, and her business dealings acted as perfect last-act obstacle to Walt's aspirations. She was sometimes a bit too intense, but she gelled well with the show's internal conflict when used properly.
