12. Class Protector Award
Seeing as she saves the world on a daily basis, Buffy doesn't spend a lot of time a) being happy and b) getting thanked for efforts. In The Prom, the Slayer manages a modicum of both in this bittersweet scene.
For Sunnydale High's senior prom, they make up a new award to give Buffy - the Class Protector Award, seeing as she has saved them from unspeakable evil so many times. Then Angel arrives to dance with Buffy one last time before they break their relationship off for good.
It's a slightly schmaltzy scene, sure, but you have to be moved by Buffy finally getting one "perfect high school moment."
