Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Ranking Every Major Death Worst To Best

Originally created by Warren Mears on the orders of Spike, the Buffybot was all kinds of wrong when it first appeared in Season Five.

After the gang learned about it, and after Buffy's (second) death, the Buffybot was reprogrammed by Willow to act as the Slayer in the real Buffy's absence. Proving to be a solid fighter, it was also incredibly funny during its short stint on the show and formed a bond with a grief-stricken Dawn.

At the start of Season Six, the Buffybot was destroyed by demons who had laid waste to Sunnydale, and, though it was in the long run not that big a loss, seeing how heartbroken Dawn was by the Buffybot's destruction really tugged at the heartstrings.
