Castlevania Season 3: 11 Reasons You Should Watch
10. The Mysteries
With the big bad done with and new adventures to be had, Castlevania Season 3 opened up many new mysteries, some which were resolved at the end of the season, but many that were left harrowingly open for future seasons to resolve.
One of the major mysteries comes with new character, the magician and confidence man Saint Germain, who appears to know more than he reveals to Trevor and Sypha, but reveals enough to speak of the strange, otherworldly things he's discovered over his travels.
The Saint Germain of the games is described as a time traveller, and the strangeness of this season has opened up the possibility of that in the series (though in what way has yet to be seen).
Other mysteries unfolded almost unnoticed until the end, but eagle-eyed viewers might have spotted hints towards these that were scattered throughout the series, such as the slightly off feeling hanging over the town of Lindenfeld - distracted by the much larger mystery going on in its priory, a B plot hiding behind the A plot until the very end.
These, and more questions about their world and its uncertain future, keep audiences coming back for more.
