Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Part 3: Every Character Ranked From Worst To Best

The ever-charming and always illusive Nick Scratch came to the forefront of Part 3 as he was the very reason that Sabrina journeyed into hell in the first place. Having given it all up to protect her in Part 2's finale by using his own body as a vessel to entrap Satan, he spent the beginning of this installment as a mindless husk - internally wrestling Lucifer for supremacy of his own body.

This served as the basis for his arc this time around as Nick spent most of the season attempting to deal with the fallout of that sacrifice, unable to fathom what had happened to him - and, perhaps more importantly, unable to face it. That ultimately led him down the dark paths of alcohol, drugs and sexual torture (carried out by sex demons would you believe) as he went out of his way to make himself forget or torture himself into oblivion.

The idea that he felt violated and almost wanted to punish himself for allowing the 'Dark Lord' - as the show so eloquently put it - inside him made for an intense and compelling arc for Nick. Though his relationship with Sabrina suffered from a few tropes here and there, it remained one of the season's more engaging offerings - setting up an interesting journey for him in Part 4 - and all of the good, bad and ugly was elevated by Gavin Leatherwood's outstanding performance.
