Professor Bauer was Greendale's Anthropology teacher who was known for odd antics such as drinking her own urine. Star-Burns even took a blow dart to the neck by the possibly deranged teacher. Bauer directed her class to figure out what nine tools were most needed for survival. Jeff Winger used the assignment as a chance to learn a grander lesson and decided that respect was the tool that would serve him best. Bauer then assembled nine tools of her own to create a super-weapon to attack Jeff. She advised that he use his respect to defend himself. Jeff blacked out after being strangled and Bauer was suspended from her teaching duties.
