Britta Perry, the ethical question herself. Britta started out as the Mom to Jeff's Dad of the study group, and primary love interest with their will they/won't they storyline encapsulating much of the first season.

Of course, over the run of the show, Britta showed herself to be much more than just the love interest and was on many occasions the voice of some reason in the group. Though, her reputation as a clutz ended up making her name a verb for screwing up a situation or making a mistake.

She had a long and complicated history as an anarchist, protestor, psych major, and mother of many cats during her time before, and during, Greendale. She is able to emotionally latch on to almost any character in the show because of her lack of self-worth, with it even being suggested that she could fall for a random pizza guy at Troy, Annie, and Abed's front door just by looking at him.

In spite of her being labelled 'the worst', she has often proved herself to be the best when it comes to being a good friend, evidenced when she sacrifices herself for Jeff during the first paintball war.
