Coronation Street: 5 More Characters We'd Love To See Return

3. Terry Duckworth (Nigel Pivaro)

Terry Arguably one of the soap's biggest villains, Terry Duckworth (Nigel Pivaro) has the face only a mother could love, and a personality even she despised. Son of iconic Corrie couple Jack and Vera, Terry never achieved the popularity his parents did with fans, mainly due to his dastardly antics, such as selling his own son, Tommy, who was later played in the soap by Chris Fountain before being fired this year. Terry also made a return to our screens last year in scenes that showed him briefly reconcile with Tommy, only to con his long-forgotten son out of a large inheritance before fleeing the cobbles. With Tommy now out of the picture, however, we see plenty of scope for the evil Duckworth to return, and for a longer duration this time, too, for the show hasn't had a good villain in months. There's also a depressing lack of Duckworth's on the street, and it's time that ended.
