33. Dinah Drake
Arrow's Dinah Drake made her presence felt in the final offering of the crossover, when the universe was restored and everyone ended up in Oliver's bunker. She understandably grieved over the Emerald Archer's loss and subsequently assisted the huge team in battling the Anti-Monitor - but did so over comms instead of in the field.
As per usual, the Team Arrow characters suffer in the crossover, but Dinah got the real short straw this time, as she was forced to play a Felicity/Cisco role (without any explanation as to where the latter was) while her fellow heroes got to suit up as usual.
