Daredevil: 10 Characters Who Must Appear In Season 2
9. The Enforcers
The Enforcers are a team of assassins and extortionists who hire out their services to numerous would-be crime lords in New York City. They consist of Fancy Dan, a skilled martial artist often dressed immaculately; Montana, an expert lasso-wielder (or a whip in the Ultimate Marvel version); and Ox, a brute strongman.
With Fisk in jail, that could mean some other crime bosses want to take his piece of the pie, and one of the ways to try and do that would be to get rid of Daredevil. The Enforcers could be just that type of attempt, bringing them in to tussle with the Man Without Fear.
And since the Enforcers are all human who dress pretty much in normal clothes, that makes it a lot easier to portray them in this kind of show. They’d fit in well with the more realistic world of Hell’s Kitchen. The most outlandish one among them is really Montana with his western-themed outfit, but even that could be toned down just by having him wear a hat and a duster coat.
There’s no doubt the Enforcers could also give Daredevil quite the fight. Taking on just one of them wouldn’t be much of a problem, but having to dodge Dan’s gunfire, Montana’s whip, and avoid Ox’s crushing grasp would be fun to watch.
