Daredevil Season 2: 10 Marvel Heroes Who Must Cameo
6. Iron Fist
Although this character has yet to be cast, he's already been hinted through easter eggs in season one of Daredevil. Danny Rand is another close ally of Matt Murdock and a key member of The Defenders, so the show has already planted vague references to him. The character identified as "Stone" in the series is widely thought to be Iron Fist, and there are other visual clues and oblique references as well. There's a theory that the powerful Madame Gao is actually Crane Mother, a character from the Iron Fist's background and the mystical ruler of Kun-Zi. There's also the fact that the heroine she sells is stamped with the symbol of the steel serpent, which is likely an allusion to the Iron Fist villain. Since Iron Fist is set to debut in late 2016, we'll probably see him cameo on Daredevil, Luke Cage and A.K.A. Jessica Jones - along with possibly some Marvel films - before his series airs. That would be a good idea since he's a character with a very rich and detailed mythology that will need some serious fleshing out.
