Daredevil Season 3: 8 Things You Need To Know
7. Born Again Is Happening
Ask any Daredevil fan - or Marvel fan, for that matter - what the character's best story is, and they're likely to cite Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli's Born Again. Once you consider just how revered most Daredevil stories are, the enormity of that statement soon becomes apparent.
The seeds for a Born Again-style story have been planted for some time now, with Wilson Fisk vowing his revenge against Matt midway through Season 2 of Daredevil and Sister Maggie making a cameo at the Clinton Mission in the finale of The Defenders, but fans can't expect a beat-for-beat recreation.
To suit the needs of the show, it looks as though Wilson Bethel's Bullseye will be taking up the role Nuke did in that comic, and with other possible influences to add too - including the formidable Murdock Papers, among others - it's clear that this new season will bring plenty new to the table.
Born Again is still its biggest draw though, and judging from what we've seen so far, it looks as though Season 3 will be leaning heavily into one of the story's biggest themes...
