Daredevil Season 3: 9 Reasons To Be Excited

7. Born Again

The most tantalising part of these two villains becoming the prime antagonists of the season, however, is that it perfectly feeds into the "Born Again" storyline from the comics. The arc has been rumoured pretty much ever since the end of the last episode, which has excited fans for good reason: it's one of the best ever runs in the character's history.

The broad strokes of the Frank Miller story will remain the same, but the cast have confirmed that the writers will play around with the fine details, to not only keep the audience guessing and alter the backstory of Bullseye, but also to eliminate some of the more problematic elements (such as Karen being a heroin addict).

One of the problems with the previous seasons was that the storyline never quite justified the amount of episodes, however Born Again is such a thematically rich and dramatic narrative that, combined with threads from Guardian Devil to include Bullseye's best bits, should make for the most action-packed year yet.
