Season two of The Flash has seen the addition of several more speedsters in Barry's life, including Wally West and Jesse Wells. Both may not have their abilities yet, but it's just a matter of time, especially thanks to the fact that they were both hit by the smaller particle accelerator late in the season.

Unlike Wally, who is undoubtedly going to see his powers begin to manifest as a result, Jesse isn't a meta, but with the Velocity formula in play, she could easily help smooth out its more addictive - and destructive - properties to use it to become a speedster just in time for a second season of Legends. Somehow, season one passed by without an appearance from Barry, but having a speedster on the team could be a great way to mix things up, particularly if she's still in the early stages of being a hero separated from the support system Barry was able to rely upon.
