10. How Did All The Characters Get To Where We Find Them In 2016?

Rip Hunter travels back in time to round up his Legends, which means a trip to some familiar - and not so familiar places. Ray Palmer is in Star City, and Captain Cold and Heat Wave are in Central, while Martin Stein and Jefferson Jackson are still in Pittsburgh. All pretty standard, but then there's Hawkcouple in St Roch, New Orleans, and Sara Lance in Tibet. With the exception of Hawkman and Hawkgirl, who we hadn't really gotten to know, these are all characters we've spent a lot of time with on Arrow and The Flash. Although both those shows spent a lot of time setting this one up (to their detriment, I should add), it's still not really clear exactly what they're doing when Hunter finds them. What, exactly, have Stein and Jax been learning in Pittsburgh? How does Ray working with Oliver again fit in with that series? What led Sara to Tibet? These blanks probably won't be filled in too much, but it'd be nice to know what these characters have done between leaving Arrow/The Flash and arriving here.
