DC's Legends Of Tomorrow Season 1: 8 Ups And 5 Downs From 'Progeny'

9. Sidney Palmer

Legends of Tomorrow Progeny
The CW

Whilst Ray Palmer moping around for pretty much the entire duration of Progeny was bad enough, things took a more surprising turn when it was revealed that the genius mind behind so much of “the future” and the whole Atom-lite droids was actually Sidney Palmer, Ray’s brother.

Now this in itself was a so-so plot twist, but what made this a major down is the ramifications it could have on the rest of The CW shows, particularly Arrow. After all, this means that Ray has a brother, seemingly a twin brother, who could well turn up in a future Star City-centric tale.

Don’t get me wrong, seeing Brandon Routh in Arrow at any opportunity would be great, but the whole notion of Ray having an identical twin brother just feels a little bit clichéd and totally, totally Dallas-like in and of itself.
