9. Kristen Connolly
She is a Netflix veteran of sorts, having appeared in the first season of House of Cards. But she is also quite well rounded, having also appeared in 2012's Cabin in the Woods which of course was written and produced by Joss Whedon. Those two connections should at least get Connolly an interview should she want one, and I think she would be a good choice for the role. She's the right age range for the character, and she has the right acting range. Connolly is likely to appear once more in the second season of House of Cards, but she is about ready for a breakout role, and Jessica Jones could be it.
