5. Alexandra Daddario
If you don't count All My Children, Alexandra Daddario hasn't really had a main cast part in a television series. She's had recurring roles, such as in Parenthood and White Collar, but it's actually her film career which intrigues and leaves her as a possibility for Jessica Jones. She played Annabeth Chase in both of the Percy Jackson films and also appeared in the 3D version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Plus, she's managed to get a role in the eight part television series/event True Detective. That might not sound too impressive, but considering that it's brought Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson and Michelle Monaghan to television, it's not something that can be easily sneered at. Given Daddario's CV, she must be a good actress in order to get that part. She's about the right age, she's been in physical roles if she proves herself in True Detective then she might be right for the depth of the role. It'll be interesting to see.
