4. Odette Annable
Odette Annable is one of those actresses that you've seen in something, but you can't think what. She was in the final season of House and a main cast member in the first season of Breaking In. She's also been a recurring actress in a number of other television series but chances are that you haven't seen her in a film, as her highlights include Cloverfield and voice roles in the Beverley Hills Chihuahua sequels (yes, they exist). But House is one of those shows that actresses simply can't be terrible in. Those characters were written in a manner which allowed an actress to show real depth. After all, possibly the worst role on the show was played by Jennifer Morrison and off the back of that she became the lead in Once Upon a Time. Mind you, that doesn't require a great deal of depth, but it goes to show that House is a good primer for future roles. Annable also isn't currently attached as a series regular to a project. She's free to appear as Jessica Jones completely unlike many on this list. She's under the age of thirty as well, and I don't think she would look silly wearing the spandex in flashbacks. I also think that they would have an easier time making her look younger than some of the others listed so far.
