6. Kirk "Sticky Fingaz" Jones
Kirk "Sticky Fingaz" Jones starred as the titular character in the Spike television show Blade: The Series, which was made as a direct continuation of the Blade movie trilogy and was endorsed by the likes of David S. Goyer (who wrote all three feature films and the pilot episode of the series) and comic book writer Geoff Johns (who also helped to write the pilot). It was actually a decent show, but was cancelled due to costs and Jones did a more than respectable job in the lead role. Due to the fact his role was cut short without any shame, there is no real reason why Marvel wouldn't want to recast him in another role in which he plays an intimidating, no-nonsense hero in an ongoing series - and Luke Cage could be his chance.
