For 8 seasons Dexter has been captivating fans with its blood, drama, and humour. Dexter Morgan has had to deal with many crazy people while doing his duty of killing all the bad guys who deserve it. Recently, the stakes have gotten higher and his life has been a crazy whirlwind thanks to Hannah McKay and his sister Deb, who is always on his case. The show is soon to be coming to an end with a few episodes left and many plot twists and potential endings. Although we can probably think of several thousands of ideas of how the show can end, here's a narrowed down list to 3 potential ways the show can end...
3. Dexter Killing Debra And Himself
This feels like an idea that would be a bit predictable, but the way it can be done could very well not be. We've seen Deb get on Dexter's case a lot this season about his whereabouts and most recently being with Hannah McKay again, so it feels likely that Deb could say one wrong thing and trigger something in Dexter that he hasn't felt before. The show has taken several dark turns, so Dexter potentially killing Deb and then seeing what he did and killing himself could happen. The thought of Harrison being without a father and potentially turning into another version of Dexter could also be something the writers would have probably looked into and hint at the the end of the series.
