Doctor Who: 10 Reasons David Bradley Should Star In More First Doctor Adventures

10. Adventures With Future Selves

Hunters Of Earth Cover While he may already have shared the whole Omega saga with his Second and Third incarnations the 'Destiny Of The Doctor' audio range potentially leaves the way clear for the First to cast a no doubt withering eye over the other eight, though soon to be nine, bodies he'll one day inhabit. In this sense 'The Light At The End' proved a bit of a disappointment. Yes, there were a whole eight Doctors present. But the first three were somehow shoehorned onto the sidelines, making appearances only as ghost-like figures thanks to being stuck just outside of events. Relegated to the role of helpers to the other four they seem oddly neglected. But future appearances could make more of the First and Bradley's the man to voice them.Add to that the possibility that Big Finish could acquire the rights to the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Doctors before audio-wise and there's quite a palette to paint sound pictures with. Dusting off some 'Lost Stories' scripts and making relevant changes could most certainly pay off spectacularly as a trial run. Should that go well enough to merit it could he then make TV appearances? It's a wonderful excursion into the realm of possibility now its been shown it could work, surely.
