Doctor Who: 10 Reasons Why We Need A War Doctor Spin-Off
4. Daleks In Their Prime
The Dalek Empire's full fleet has been pegged as being one of the most destructive armies in the Who Universe, able to break down even the mighty defences of the Time Lords. Classic Who and NuWho alike have shown the brutality of the Dalek race, but the full planet-destroying force of the Dalek fleet has never quite been fully explored. We have seen the fleet, several times. It has invaded planets, held people hostage, and caused a fair amount of damage to the surface of Earth on several occasions. But none of that compares to what they were supposedly capable of during the Time War. Now that Doctor Who has the budget and production team to tease us with the kind of mass warfare, epic scale imagery that we have seen in recent episodes, it makes sense to keep riding that wave and explore the full potential of Time Lord / Dalek warfare with a War Doctor spin-off.
My life is an odd blend of the real and surreal. By day I study law but by night I live my life vicariously through science fiction and fantasy, as a Whovian, gamer and writer.
