If you ever imagined the idea of The Doctor bursting out of a giant novelty cake in the middle of a rowdy stag do with David Rose's iconic "The Stripper" playing in the background and thought it would be utterly absurd, you obviously weren't imagining Matt Smith doing it. And that's precisely what the Eleventh Doctor did on Rory's stag night. "I thought I'd burst out of the wrong cake. Again", he tells the assembled drunken masses, before advising them that there's a diabetic girl, possibly called Lucy, who's standing outside in a bikini and asks if someone could let her in and give her a jumper. With perfect timing The Doctor then proceeds to tell Rory that Amy tried to kiss him, but also nonchalantly reassures him of how lucky he is by reiterating what a great kisser Amy is. The truly alien nature of The Doctor is on full display in bizarre sequences like this one and Matt Smith plays the part to perfection.
