4. The Time One Went Into a Deadly Huff

Let's get one thing straight, the only emotions Daleks should be capable of are anger, hatred and sadistic joy when they destroy their quarry, so the sight of a bereft Dalek getting so upset and frustrated that it literally dies of emotion is one of the most disappointing moments in all of Who history. In "Death To The Daleks," not only are the Daleks made foolhardy by terrible primitive foes with spears (as IF spears would take down a Dalek) but this emo-splosion actually happens when a Dalek guard discovers his prisoners have escaped. He literally emotes himself to death, repeating "I have failed!" until his demise. Yep, an emo Dalek.
3. The Idiot Monkey Henchmen - Day Of The Daleks

Five years after their last appearance of the 60s, the Daleks joined the 1970s with a bang, employing the ape-like Ogron race as henchmen to help execute a ludicrously complex plot far out of their intellectual capacity. Ogrons are stupid, and as it's true that a bad workman blames his tools, he is also accountable for his choice of poor tools and workmen, and they don't come much less suited than the Klingon-like monkey hulks.
