Series 6, Episode 4: 'The Doctor's Wife'

I exist across all space and time, and you talk and run around and bring home strays." The TARDIS heads to the sentient planet, House, who strips the matrix of the ship before putting it into a human body. With Amy and Rory still trapped inside the TARDIS, the Doctor and his oldest companion must build another TARDIS to chase House and save Amy and Rory.
Series 6, Episode 5: 'The Rebel Flesh'
"Correct in every respect, Pond. It's frightening, unexpected, frankly a total, utter splattering mess on the carpet, but I am certain, one hundred percent certain, that we can work this out. Trust me. I'm the Doctor." A solar storm his a 22nd Century monastery, where factory works all have doppelgängers to help with labour. The gangers become independent and revolt.
Series 6, Episode 6: 'The Almost People'
"Hold on. We're coming for you. I swear it. Whatever happens, however hard, however far, we will find you." "I'm right here." "No, you're not. You haven't been here for a long, long time." The Doctor, Amy and Rory try to prevent a war breaking out between the humans and the gangers. It's revealed that Amy's pregnant, and has been replaced by a ganger. The Doctor and Rory travel to find where the real Amy is.
Series 6, Episode 7: 'A Good Man Goes to War'
"Except they don't have a word for Pond, because the only water in the forest is the River. The Doctor will find your daughter, and he will care for her whatever it takes. And I know that. It's me. I'm Melody. I'm your daughter." Amy's given birth to half-Time Lord Melody, who's been kidnapped by the Silence. The Doctor rounds up all his friends in an effort to save her, but can't. River turns up in the end to reveal her identity. She's Melody Pond from the future.
