9. Gallifrey

doctor who the master Yes, I know the Doctor has "locked away" Gallifrey for an indefinite amount of time, probably forever, but an episode going there would be fantastic. Ninth Doctor quote; seeing the red grass and the Citadel in all their glory for longer than a few seconds in the revived series would again be excellent. Nevertheless, with the re-visitation of Gallifrey comes another peril, other than all the elements of the Time War - The Master. This leads me straight into point number eight.
