10. James Bond
Lets be honest, Jon Pertwees Third Doctor was part Bond anyway and the Doctors natural competitiveness would be a marvel to behold next to the suave alpha male that is Bond. Bond is used to being the expert on everything, as is the Doctor. The Doctor would be green with envy as his latest companion swooned in Commander Bonds presence. Bond is also used to the best gadgets, supplied by Q branch. In his time hes had a magnetic watch, an exploding key fob and an invisible car. Next to that, a sonic screwdriver would be small beer. To make it topical, let's have Blofeld and Spectre turn out to be Slitheen, too. Who wouldnt want to hear the ultimate line, The names Smith, John Smith. How about From Rassilon with Love as a title? Time Lords are Forever? Moon Egg Raker? The list goes on.
