2. The Next Doctor
The Doctor retreats from the pain of loss to have a fun romp in Victorian London, meets a new Doctor, who's not what he seems, and has another run-in with the Cybermen. We discover that the other man has been running away from his own demons and has been imprinted with an info-stamp of past doctors. It's during this episode that the Doctor gets to see how others see him. This is one of the few episodes where he fights in plain view and gains the love, respect and cheers of the general public. Side note: if you ever plan on taking over the world, wear red against a snowy background and get everyone else to wear black; you will appear unstoppable.
