Doctor Who: 10 Most Cringeworthy Moments Of The Revived Series So Far

9. "I Ain't Afraid Of No Ghosts!" (Army Of Ghosts)

If Billie Piper is merely loved as Rose, then David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor is absolutely adored, almost to the point of religious adulation. But as much as fans love him (and seriously, that's as much of an understatement as saying that alcoholics have "a bit of" a fondness for liquor), there are times when both script and actor conspire to give us a moment that's somewhat less than impressive. Some of these moments are just ill-advised (Tennant's turn as the Doctor possessed by the Lady Cassandra is by turns both hilarious and embarrassing), but others are... well.

One such moment is the Doctor's decision to bust out his best Ray Parker Jr. impression by quoting a line from Ghostbusters. To be honest, though, his "best" impression sounds more like Scooby Doo than Parker.

Ugh. All those fans who were weeping their eyes out at the end of The End of Time probably conveniently forgot this scene. Let's hope the rest of us will one day, too.
