5. Her Relationship With The Doctor Is One Of TV's Truest Depictions Of Friendship
They make each other laugh, they make each other cry, they bicker, they make up and they've always - always - got each other's backs. Their relationship was pushed to its limits during Series 8, in the relatable sort of way that always happens when your best friend suddenly acquires a new face, and Clara found it particularly difficult to adjust to the Twelfth Doctor's impromptu arrival. He didn't really help matters, of course, by constantly putting her down and making her feel inadequate, but they're proper friends which is why they'll always survive whatever the universe throws at them, be it Dream Crabs, Netherspheres or gigantic, draconian embryos (also known as the Moon). The Doctor and Clara, best friends until the end. Or until she's an old woman. Whichever comes first.
