Doctor Who: 10 Worst Things The Master Has Ever Done

Series 12 introduced us to a new incarnation of the Master, and it wasn't long before the character was following in the footsteps of his predecessors by doing evil stuff.

In finale episode The Timeless Children, the Master taunts the Doctor by revealing that he's used the bodies of dead Time Lords to create a brand-new race of monsters: the CyberMasters. Essentially, these are ordinary Cybermen with the ability to regenerate, so even if you do manage to kill one of them - which isn't exactly easy to do, even with a normal Cyberman - they can just respawn and attack you all over again.

With these metallic, deadly, merciless soldiers by his side, the Master could theoretically conquer any civilisation of his choosing, and the Doctor would have a very hard time stopping him from doing so.

As is the case when talking about anything from The Timeless Children though, we'll have to wait and see how this ultimately plays out in Series 13. It's not clear if we'll ever see the CyberMasters again, and it's not even clear if they survived the blast of the death particle. But if they did? Then the universe is in serious trouble.
