Doctor Who: 5 Things That Will Happen In The Angels Take Manhattan

Here are five things that may happen in Doctor Who: The Angels Take Manhattan.

Before we begin, I€™d like to clarify that I have no access to any of kind of privileged information about this episode. All my speculation is based purely on trailers, precedents from previous episodes, and (in one case) location filming recorded by a fan that was posted online. Despite that, spoiler-phobes should leave now. Don€™t read any further, just go. Oh, and shut the door behind you so you don€™t overhear anything. Okay, now that you€™ve all been thoroughly warned, let€™s get down to business. In just under a week, we€™ll be saying goodbye to Doctor Who companions Amy and Rory, and a big hello again to pants-wettingly scary monsters the Weeping Angels as they wreak havoc in New York City. As this is such a huge episode, the BBC are being decidedly cagey about what information gets released before next Saturday. But based on the info we have so far, I€™ve speculated about five things that may happen in The Angels Take Manhattan.

5. The Weeping Angels Will Breed

The Weeping Angels are vaguely human-shaped organic life-forms when unobserved, so presumably they reproduce in some way. The trailers for The Angels Take Manhattan show a stone Cherub blowing out a match held by Rory. A Cherub is more or less an infant Angel. So perhaps the winged terrors are keeping it in the family to bolster their numbers. Though it€™s comforting to think that a heavily pregnant Weeping Angel might be easier to escape from.
