Doctor Who: 5 Worst And 5 Best Dalek Stories

2. €œRemembrance of the Daleks€

Remembrance of the Daleks 4 The last old-school appearance by the Daleks and, thankfully, one of the best. This one kind of does have it all, with the Doctor€™s mysterious past catching up with him. We find out why he was on Earth in €œAn Unearthly Child€, get a glimpse of a possibility that he might have been there when Rassilon and Omega first unlocked the secrets of time travel, and see just how incredibly ruthless the character could be. There€™s also a lot of great continuity moments (like the junkyard), as well as wonderful supporting characters like Ace (who takes out a Dalek with a baseball bat), and a military squad that proved so popular they were recently spun-off into their own series of audio stories; though to be fair, Big Finish seems willing to spin-off just about anyone or anything. I look forward to the possibility of a Dominators series.
