So, my first article for What Culture was on Doctor Who's 50th year anniversary year titled "5 Things that Should Happen (But Probably Won't)". It was pretty well received, and some things I wished for were long shots (I actually put 5 further speculations at the end that were feasible but have less chance of happening than the Doctor name dropping Dodo Chaplet, and then actually explaining who she is). With that said, we're into month number 2 of the 50th, and some things that are still rumoured or only somewhat confirmed seem plausible, or pretty much sure things. And one of my predictions is pretty much moot, with an option I gave of what we'll probably get being EXACTLY what we're getting. All in due time though. And who knows? Maybe Steven Moffat and the production team are lying. Didn't someone once say for a lie to work, it must be shrouded in the truth?
