3. Does The Doctor Remember Clara?

Unlike when Donna had every last bit of her life with the Doctor removed from her memory, after being mindwiped by the neuro block the Doctor can still recall the adventures he shared with Clara, not to mention her name and even her theme tune. At the end of the episode, he works out that the waitress he was talking to and the restaurant that has just disappeared are Clara and her new TARDIS. Surely then it can be assumed that the Doctor has the whole story back in his head, or at least he can now fill in the blanks with her face? So what's to stop him from trying to find Clara again? This recalls Amy and Rory's exit in The Angels Take Manhattan (why couldn't the Doctor just pick them up in somewhere other than New York?) - all the facts are not made entirely clear but it feels like an ending and that's what really counts.
