Doctor Who: 9 Predictions For Series 9

1. Gallifrey Found!

In the Series 8 finale, Missy dropped a giant bombshell on the Doctor when she revealed that Gallifrey had returned to normal space. While the viewers later discover, along with the Doctor, that the space/time coordinates given revealed nothing but empty space, perhaps Missy wasn't lying about the planet returning? Gallifrey was trapped in either a single moment in time, or a pocket universe, depending on which version Steven Moffat wants to roll with on a particular episode. In either case, coming back to "reality" from an ordeal such as that might not put a planet back in the same location it originally was. Astronomers on Earth cannot say a planet or a moon is in the same spot every minute of the day, so why should a planet like Gallifrey have to remain in one position in time? Gallifrey will indeed be found again, most likely in the Series 9 finale. The only question will be, will they be happy to see the Doctor, or mad that they didn't bring them back when he had the chance? Many fans have taken to message boards to offer thoughts as to what will happen in the upcoming Christmas Special and the following series in 2015. As always, time can only tell if these predictions will be right but one prediction that always comes true, when speaking of Doctor Who, is that its legion of fans will tune in for the adventures of that grand old man who is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, in the constellation of Kasterborous who is over 900 years old and will save our lives. What do you think of the listed predictions? Do you have any that might come to pass that weren't listed above? Leave a comment below regarding what you think might happen in Series 9 of Doctor Who!
