The Rani has returned, after previously facing The Sixth Doctor. Taking advantage of The Doctor's vulnerable, post-regeneration state, The Rani impersonates his companion, Mel, and hopes to take control of a nearby asteroid, composed of "strange matter." Can The Doctor figure out The Rani's plan in time to foil her?
