226. Waiter Assassin

After being sent back in time to 1901 by the Weeping Angels in Village of the Angels, we find Yaz, Dan, and Jericho (Series 13's MVP) travelling the globe in 1904, searching for the exact date for when the world will end. And as you'd expect, they encounter enemies looking to stop them from completing their mission.
The trio's first near-miss comes at a bazaar in Constantinople, where someone tries to blow them up. The second - onboard a passenger steamer in their cabin - involves an assassin disguised as a waiter who whacks Jericho (how dare he!) over the head with a teapot before a brief struggle with Yaz, who puts her policing skills to good use to take him down.
The floored "waiter" defiantly cries out "You can't fight the future", then bites on a cyanide capsule. Judging by the snake tattoo on his wrist, it's likely he was sent by the Grand Serpent. No flies on us, eh?
