Doctor Who: EVERY NuWho Villain And Monster Ranked Worst To Best

180. Lucius Petrus Dextrus

Appears in: The Fires of Pompeii.

Knowing what the High Priestess of the Sibylline was going through - by all accounts a very painful Pyrovile conversion - Lucius probably thought he needed to get in as much scowling and prophetic pontifications as Chief Augur of Pompeii as he could. Fair play to him though, he can deliver a spine-tingling line to completely dumbfound the Doctor: "Is that so... man from Gallifrey."

A quick mention also to the Cult of Vulcan, who did all the heavy lifting of Lucius' marble circuit carvings and looked suitably doom-laden in their black robes.

The name's Colbourn, James - yeah, doesn't quite have the same ring to it.
