Bunking his trend of doing right by classic villains, this episode reduces the long-awaited return of the Sea Devils to a side-plot in a truly cringeworthy pirate story.

The entire episode is like a fever dream, with entire segments of context seemingly completely missing. The reason this isn’t lower is because it genuinely almost strays into "so bad it’s good" territory, giving us more than a few unintended laughs due to its completely nonsensical plot.
